Sexual Harassment & Reporting Procedure

Community Receiving Home, Inc. d/b/a Renaissance adheres to a zero-tolerance policy with regard to the unlawful harassment of any employee, client, vendor or other individual during the conduct of business with the agency. Any form of conduct, slurs offensive language, jokes, behavior graphic or physical in nature, which violates federal, state or local law, including, but not limited to harassment and relating to an individual’s race, religion, color, gender, ethnicity, citizenship, age, disability, or physical condition, including pregnancy; will be treated as a violation of policy and will be thoroughly investigated. Findings emanating from any investigation may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

All reports of any harassing incident or behavior must be reported to the Human Resource Director. Reporters may make reports anonymously, however all reports will be held as a confidential matter. Online reports should be directed to: and should include all pertinent details with regard to the incident including place, time and date, individuals involved, and other individuals present.
